I spoke to a lady called Nomsa, who informed me my documents are not uploaded yet and they can't proceed with my case. She then took it up with documents department who got hold of me and assist me in 5 minutes uploading and signing my documents for them to proceed with my case. Thank you Nomsa 🙏
