Horrible service

I was called by this company to help me with my accounts and handling my last will. They sent me the documents for the wiil but they never sent me documents for clearing my debts and i have been paying them. I have called over and over but no one responds on their landline or if they do they make you hold and the call cancels.

I spoke to one guy who promised to have this issue resolved bt nothing happened. I left emails to be called and no one responded.

"Remember just for your Signed Will, we'll be sending you a reward of R150 once received your Signed Will document via pictures or scanned." This is also lies
