Happy to take money, but not deal with customers.

One of the biggest mistakes I made, contacting them and dealing with them. They don't answer their phones, don't answer emails, say they will call you back and or send documents and never does. I've been trying almost 5 months to get things out of them, and they just flat out ignore you. They are happy to take your money but don't care 2 cents about customers when they try and get things out of them. Now that I'm trying to cut all ties with them because of their non-existent customer service, and still the same thing, don't answer phones nor any emails.
