handed for reversing my money

I apply online to maxlaw so that they can help me to paid up my other instalment they phoned me and discuss everything i told them to send me documentation to discuss with my husband and signed, to my suprise i didnt sign anything... boom they deduct my account without any signed agreement/ my approval, then i phone them still the same, i reverse the payment now they handed me to their lawyers for i dont know because even the credits they sadi they going to draw for me , didnt receive anything. Please help
