Finwell is a ******** company They will take money from your account and never pay your bills. Cant get hold of them They do not take any calls And they make promises as far as they go DO NOT USE THESE ********S *****sters ********s

The 2 whatsapp number where no one is replying...charmaine and Caroline
If sent email and messages and stil no reply
If thise query is not solved by 17/11/2023 i wil take steps for damage to my credit profile and the calls i recived from my creditors

I highly recommend you use their helpdesk email clients@ which feeds into a managed system that has a high resolution rate.
