There was a R500 deducted from my childs account.When I phoned them they told me there was a sevice rendered, when asked what the service waa that cost R500 they said tey asvised him not to apply for a loan.I phone them and the lady told me its not refundable hence If I gave him the information this wasnt necessary.

30 Aug 2024, 13:05I dont rhink that you understand our frustrations.With work loss and no oter income that was rw money for food.Now we must wait for 10 working days in order to refunded.You we're not suppose to deduct any money hence thats not a service that was rendered.
