Finwell Legal services bad service

They contacted me to offer their services, and I signed up but after speaking to my debt counselors I decided to cancel with Finwell. This all happened within 2 weeks. Up to that time, I did not receive any mediation services. Then they deducted 2 payments from my bank R685 and R350 for nothing. When I contacted them regarding a refund they claimed the fees were for an assessment and cancelation fee. This is absurd to me.
