I am not happy how they have assisted me,I specifically asked the gentleman if they will make sure that they deal with the debt on my salary advice and he assured me that they will. Only to be called later by his supervisor and told that they can't I then asked them to cancel whatever agreement I have and then she said they won't be able to. These are people who are supposed to make life easier but now I won't be able to buy food for my kids since I am a single parent. Can you assist me please to get a Refund for monies deducted please
