Finwell Legal Service Cancellation

I have cancelled my agreement with Finwell Legal Service they have deducted the 680 and I don't want it back. I just want feedback regarding my cancellation and they ignoring me. I have send numerous emails to Sharleen Manchidi and shes just ignoring me. When they wanted to get me on board they called me numerous times a day now they cant reply to a email. If they debit money out of my account again this month I'm going to take it further.
