Finwell bad company that I don't need anything from themFw

Hi everyone I have a problem with finwell call center agent as they called me on Friday telling me about the loan that I qualify for and I was interested do they took all my information and banking details but what I don't get it is that they told me dat I will get an email till today and they going to deduct what for I don't know please I need help before they deduct because no one called me after wards I don't even know how much I qualify for and I don't have the pre -aggrement I didn't get the money
