finewell Debiting money even though I canceled

I asked these people to cancel my police, but it was not canceled come month end the debit order went off. I called I don't know how many times but I didn't get any help. Then I called and got Oarabile Stemmer I must say this lady helped me. I got my refund in less then 48 hours. The month of February same thing happened and Oarablie Stemmer helped me again to get my money. She assured me that she will cancel this while thing. Thank you very much Oarabile
