Don't trust Finwell with your debts

They are the worst service provider ever. They first dedicated the R680 and that was fine with me, they dedicated the first installment of R3500 in November and said it was for them to negotiate, i December they debited but never paid any of my creditors as promised, instead they paid and reversed the payment. I tried to call them but you hold for ever. The guy that I dealt with doesn't answer calls or texts. I feel so ****med and I want my money back but I don't think it will happen because they don't answer. I would advise everyone to negotiate with your creditors and pay on your own
