Don't trust Finwell legal services. False adverti*****t

I am disgusted by the agents that work for Finwell legal services. I just got off the call with an agent that assisted me on Monday. She informed me that it's a once off payment to assist me with my credit score and remove the blockages preventing me from getting credit. She has my email address and my cellphone number. She did not contact me until I spoke to their billing department today to ask them to cancel everything. Their billing department informed me that I must pay a subscription to assist then to liberate my credit score. This included a will and testimony. I explained to the woman that I am not interested in that. She insisted and said that I can only be assisted when I approve the subscription. I got two different explanations from two different women. After the woman accepted and said she will put on their system that I'm canceling, she gave me a number to call to inform the correct department (can't remember which) that I was canceling. That goes straight to voice mail. Then the agent that originally called me on Monday, called me and told me that she tried to call me yesterday. I have no missed calls or messages proving this. I informed her that I am canceling and that I am no longer interested in their services as I did not receive an email with any documents to sign as agreed. She rudely told me that they already rendered a service and that I must pay. I received no information from this company. How can I pay for something I did not sign for? So in this day and age a phone call is good enough to hold people accountable for something they did not receive or agree to in writing? That woman was so disrespectful when she spoke to me and ended the call while I was talking. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Please remove the debicheck from my account immediately. This service was false adverti*****t.
