Do the right thing

One of your agents called me 2 weeks ago offering to assist me with my debts, and I agreed. I spoke with many different people, including supposed team leader, but none of them did what they promised. The only thing that you guys managed to do was to set up a debit order, and I must say it was very quick and effortless. I was promised an email with a contact person who I can refer to anytime when I need assistance, I never got that email. I was promised an email with terms and conditions of the agreement, I never got it. I was promised an email with forms that I need to sign, I never got it. I was promised an email with letters to take to my creditors, and yep you guessed it... I never got it. If you are giving me such a bad experience right from the beginning, it's clear that my journey with you is bound to be unpleasant. So I need you to either do the right thing or cancel this whole thing. I'm looking forward to your urgent response.
