Dissatisfied with the service at Maxlaw

Good day My name is Lulama, In 2017 my friend introduce me to Maxlaw with the intention of clearing my name. I send all the documents they requested

I paid the amount of six thousand rand, and I was also told that I must pay sixty five rand every month , so that the creditors will not worry me. But to my surprise I am still in dilemma as to what I have been paying for, hence I am still stuck with the same problem and yet now I am not working. When I phoned them it's all in vain.
