DISGUSTING SERVICE

maxlaw is the worst company I have ever had an encounter with , last month my account was debited without my consent and without me signing any documents that say im entering into a relationship with max law .When I called them for a refund I was told that they don't do refunds and that I have to go to my bank and reverse the transaction . today I am unable to get assistance from anywhere because I was told maxlaw is the reason they can not give me alone I called your offices more than 10 times to get a letter confirming that I do not have a contract with you and that the debit order was unauthorized and no one is willing to assist what kind of a legal service goes around making their potential clients lives difficult .DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!SIES Oh and your staff is very unprofessional
