Disgruntled member-Cancellation Reference number : FW ***

As you can see below I was **** to by the sales consultant who promised me an email and if I'm not interested I could cancel, no email was send than my account debited asked my bank to call as I already send emails and called in trying to cancel even asked Fanie to do so but to no avail.

Hi Lindiwe

I’m highly irritated with your companies **********ly actions, I spoke with a Fanie from your company asked his telephocally to cancel whatever he sold me as he never bother to send me lousy email after I accepted the debit check, which he promise me I can cancel if I’m not happy after receiving the email.

I called in numerous times and tried to cancel, I send an email as you can see below, spoke with Fanie he said it would be cancelled than you take my money.

I go to the bank they have to call you after an hour you send me an email of a report I paid for and want.

So for Fanie’s commission and your commission I have to suffer a financial loss without any explanation as to why you guys felt it would be okay to do so.

Please asked someone to inform me when I can get back my money or why you took it for something I clearly did not want.

This email and the below will be taken to relevant financial boards if no response received from you within 24 hours.
