Disappointing service

I was contacted by this company who promised to assist me with restoring my credit and made me commit to a almost R700 credit report which I didn't mind provided they would have assisted me. Their lady consultant, Frenny Radingwana phoned back after retrieving my credit record and discussed way forward and I asked to sleep on this issue. I then reached out to her and sent an email but till today she has not responded. I guess she got her commission for me signing up and doesn't care about assisting me further.
