Disappointed

Iam disappointed on Finwell Legal They offered to assist me with my accounts but when I told them I cannot continue with the process because there was an account I needed to pay first,they did not cancel. They made a debit order from my account. Tried calling them and they promised to get back to me,but till now they have not. R2158 was taken from my account
