Disappointed about client service to refund me
I ve cancel request of finwell last month they already deducted the service fee but they haven't started yet now they don't want to refund my money I tried to call them they promised me they gonna refund me after 10 to 48hrs working days but nothing from their side so today I was transferred to one of the rude consultant kamogelo she just drop the fown while I was asking her about why she Siad it's non refundable so I was asking about that contract which I didn't receive and sign which states it's non refundable I'm asking for the assistance for refunding my money
