Demanding refund for services not rendered Finwell

I was contacted by this company to say they will assist me with clearing my name in Credit bereau because I didn't understand why my name was under debt review even though I paid all my accounts since 2012/14...I paid them as agreed but until today they haven't done anything to clear my name, they even added 3 months I don't know what the hell for and I asked then this lady told me stories. I then went back in March this year for my previous debt counselor to get to the bottom of this since the company I am paying does not do anything. As we speak he is trying to get to the bottom of it. I contacted them to give me my refund back since they never delivered to their promise that my name would be cleared within 3 months and now they are telling me stories that they were busy working on my file. I now got a new solution because they failed to deliver. You don't promise to clear me in a few months then wait for the whole year and tell me you are still busy. I want my money back for the service not rendered. Even if they take their admin money that they claim they were busy with that is not evident to me then give me my refund back. I paid for services and didn't get anything. Please pay back my money Finwell.
