debt review cancellation: ALERT!!!

I decided to acquire the service of Maxlaw in Nov'16 and finished paying the required fees March'17 but up to date i am far worse of than before. I managed to get a court application for 28 June '17 but my case was thrown out by sitting judge reason: NCR rules is only a guideline and not law and judge do not have authority to rule. Now it seems my case is at dead end and me and family lives is at stand still. I am being forced to communicate with the legal team while the Maxlaw team fold their arms. All they can say is waiting for attorney's. I even communicated with the manager Werner and it seems he was not aware of this problem and at the end passed the buck to the supervisor named Nelia. What is the way forward for me ? I communicated with NCR as well and as usual the rep**** after 3 months that i am required by law to get court order...help me please !
