Debt mediation refund

I requested debt mediation with this company and i was not quite pleased with the fact that when you contact their organisation the numbers always do not exist. I panicked and I decided to cancel the mediation process. I had referred a collegue of mine also but to my suprise just because she investigated their number and got hold of them and she was refunded, I had sent an email and I was promised that i would be refunded but there is no refund. I have contributed an amount of R5596 to this company and yet they treat us like we have no value. How can they refund my collegue and they do not refund me? Its frustrating how these companies treat us but when they advertise they promise you the world. I sent an email to the manager Kevin and when i called him he was very intolarant and irritated.
