Debt mediation at its worst

I joined maxlaw in October 2020, the pitch was great completed forms, debt order goes off monthly only to be called in January by maxlaw to resend all my documents so I do it, bear in mind other than the phone call to get me to join or to request documents neither made any further contact, the proof of payment to my creditors are not even proof, itc has no record of any payment updates. I am with a new debt mediation company now and finwell has not even bothered to send them this information either so where is all the money I paid since October 2020 seeing as it definitely wasn't distributed to my creditors, I want all that payments refunded bk to me so that I can transfer that money to the creditors. People must be very careful as this company doesn't seem legitimate, if I don't get a response I will take even further legal actions.
