I contacted Finwell Legal Services to assist me with my accounts I have with creditors. They assured that that will be able to assist me, they were very qickly to assist me to set up a debit order and made me accept the debi check mandate on my banking app.
After that was done I could simply not get hold of them. Land line & cell number no answer whatsoever, I then communicated via email and no responds from them. After a huge struggle of eventually getting through I asked them to cancel, they then told me i will pay a cancelation fee.
On September 2023 they debited my account with R685 then on October 2023 they debit my account again for R350
They quick to take your money after they took your money you cant get hold of them. Now they debiting my account without my permission.
