Creditors are not paid
Hi Finwell legal. I'm writing on this platform because I have sent several emails and not even a single one has been responded to.
When I signed a contract, you highlighted to me that the first installment will be used to cover the costs of negotiating with the creditor. Thereafter you distribute payment to the creditors account and deduct 10% from that installment. My first installment was in November, 13, 2024. My second installment was in December, 12, 2024. I need to know what has changed because no payment has been allocated to the creditor. The December installment was supposed to be paid to the creditor after deducting your 10%. I only need answers from this query. I'm utilizing this platform because you don't respond at all to all your communication channels.
