Complaint

Im so frustrated with this company, its like they are refusing to cancel my application. I have been callong for weeks now asling for mh application tp br called and everytime i am told that Caroline will call me but she doesnt anf she has ignored all several emails that i have been sending to her. Their service is pathetic and Consultants have attitude. The Consultant bu the name of Fani was not helpful at all. All im asking for is for. My application dir to cancelled. How hard can it be?
