Cancellation of service but money got deducted either way

So on the 9th February I cancelled my membership with their company of Wich was a few say after taking up a agreement with them with me emailing them why I didn't need their services any longer they called me back me thinking that they cancelled my subscription they still went ahead and deducted 3000 on 24 March I have been calling and emailing but I have not received any response from their side and I can't even reverse my money cus they placed a block on the debit order with them deducting I still had to see to my account Wich they were going to take over I am paying double money I just want my money back I cancelled before the 30 days could even start
