Good morning Marius and Botshelo,

I am writing this email for the last time to both of you. You have been so kind to me when I started my first application with you, you called me now and then and gave me rest assured that I should not worry that my problem with my debts will be taken care of by Finwell.

There is something that I don't understand. while the process was still unfolding you asked me to rate you and you sent me a link to follow and had rated you Marius and Botshelo positively. I am going to retract my survey that I have done and write what I feel now to warn other victims not to be in the same trap as I did.

I have been calling your office with all the numbers you were calling me with but no answer. Marius I even called your cell number with no answer, I Whatsapp you now and then and you once told me the mediation lady will contact me which today i did not receive any phone call from her. I asked you just a simple question of the status of my application and why my creditors were not contacted but could not get any answer from you. your last response in whatsapp you only said "LET ME SEE"

Everything went well R4000 deducted since October 2023 as agreed after 3 months of deductions seeing that Creditors keep on calling me non stop, threatening me to take me to court and I kept on forwarding emails and smses to your Marius and Botshelo but you were not even border to acknowledge my email or sms or call to give me rest assured, you just kept quiet. I asked you a simple question of the status of my application or whether you have contacted my creditors but I did not get any answers from you.

I even asked myself if is there anything wrong i have done to deserve such treatment because i came to you seeking assistance after seeing an email popping in my inbox " Your adverti*****t email saying LOAN APPROVAL SUCCESS" THIS IS HOW WE CAN HELP YOU Do you struggle to get loans or credit approved?
