Cancel My Debt Order and Return My Call

I received a from Mildred Masemola who is a sales consultant at Finwell Legal Service Offering their services who was selling their services and also advised that I can cancel at anytime. So now I haven't signed anything with them however I have requested to cancel the service and cancel the debit order ok their side .From the 6th Sep until today Mildred is telling me that her Portfolio Manager will call and I must bear in mind I am not the only customer
