Absolutely terrible service from Tracy Naidoo at Finwell Legal Services. Despite repeatedly requesting a cancellation, nothing has been done. After numerous phone calls and over 10 days of waiting, my refund is still nowhere to be seen. Tracy Naidoo has been extremely unprofessional, rude, and completely unhelpful. I even asked if this company is a **** because that’s exactly how it feels. They admitted the mistake was on their end, yet nothing has been resolved. Every time I request to speak to someone in accounts, Tracy refuses to assist. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs!
