Been deceived to sign a debit order by Finwel legal
On the 1 of February 2024
Right after working hours, I receive a call from this Finwell legal. One of their consultant call me and she said he company once to offer me loan as they pick it up that I am in search of a loan. Then she ask me to send my the copy of my ID and my banking details in order for her to see how much I qualify.
I then told her I can send the docs when I get home as I was off work to home. She keep on constantly calling me every 15min. I got home I send the first doc 3 months bank statement of my business account. She call me back and said I qualify for the loan. After few minutes she call me and said she I must send my personal account banking details. I did as she requested.
After she receive all the doc she said me she is signing me for a debit order and of R600 and I must acknowledge it as the debit order rules. After that she will tell me the amount money of the loan
What came to me after signing the debit order then I ask why you force me to sign for debit order first with any agreement amount of the loan. It's now then she come clean that. She want to help me to remove a debt on my name.
I was very angry with her. That why she did not come clean from the beginning of the phone call proper introduce your self and the company and what services they want to offer
I told her you decieced me to sign a debit order that I don't know what was actually for. And now you saying you sign me in for their company to help pay my debt. A debt that was already in dispute with Experian.
This company did not help me with any thing I I made myself clear to them I don't need their services. Now I am being hurrased by Finwell legal to pay a R600 for nothing. I did not take anything from them.
I complain several times with this Finwell none of their staff attended to this. Their staff a very manipulating and desperate to sign people for debit of while they lie in the name of offering a loan.
The name of the person that called me on the 1st of Feb 2024 is Pinkie Taleko.
