BECAREFULL OF THIS SERVICE PROVIDER
I cancelled service the same day of discussion but yet they still debit my account with the necessary payment. cannot get hold of them telephonically neither nor mail

There is only one number to phone - and it works - which is on the website, but you will receive a callback from client services soonest. The switchboard is very busy and it might take a while to answer. They do respond to emails sent to client service, even though it might take some time as well.
