Bad service from Maxlaw

Hi I'm very angry with the service I got from Maxlaw I filed my request with Maxlaw to clear my name in 2019 I was promised that it will be cleared soon after I have done all the payments I did the final payments on October 2019 but up until now I'm not being updated what is happening this 2020 July I got the call from Maxlaw that I need to submit my new application again as they lost the previous ones I did just that but no feedback yet the person that was working on my request was Simone I sent all the documents she wanted but it quiet again. I called last time I was promised that Hlengiwe which I believe is one of the consultants there will call me back but I receive no call from Maxlaw guys. Today when I call to do the follow up the call answered by one of the consultants Zama she become so rude to me she even drop the call in my ears firstly when she answered my call there was a dead line up until I say hello then she started to talk to me I'm very unpleasant with her attitude it doesn't show that Maxlaw train their employees properly no wonder my request takes this long with no proper communication they don't value their clients especially after you made the payment you loose the value with them which is a very services in this company
