Bad service and *********** employees
They have deducted money from my account without negotiating with the banks that I owe. Last month I was left broke because the banks debited and finwell also debited. I asked Venolia to reverse my money or provide me with proof that they have paid my loans but she just blue ticked me, I tried calling but no one answered. Once you accept their mandates just know that your money is gone and you can't even reverse it.
