Bad service
I had very bad experience with Finwell legal services.They debt from my account with met competing the application or the telephone conversation.I told the consultant to cancel and not to go forward with my application.however the debit order when of.When is spoke to the Manager he said that they have been trying to contact me, however i told him i am working and why did you not send me an email.ask when is the available that u can phone you to discuss the cancellation.Now they tell me they cannot refund me.What i dont understand is i never told them they can debt from my account.
