Bad service

This company has not paid the correct creditor as I have told them and I still get phone calls from creditors even though they told me that they have been paying. When you phone them, no follow up is made. I have been with finwell previously known as maxlaw since September last year and one of my creditors has not received payment, ever since despite the fact that they have been deducting money from my account. I’m getting calls from my creditors every day, when I call them, they tell me they have contacted them, but they haven’t.This is the worst company ever. I intend taking legal action against them now
