Bad poor service

Good day Hope this mail finds you well My name is happy a client of FINWELL legal services. Last year one of their agent Thato komane called me and told me they can see that I'm struggling to pay my accounts so they are a company that helps and they will be taking R3000 every month from account for 12months and also they told me they not debt review company. So my contract with them is finish now but when I check with my creditors they told me on their side it's still showing that I am still owing even my credit score went down. When I call them to understand how they paid those debts and how much they use on that R36000 no one is giving me a clear feedback. And what they promised me from the first time it's not what I am getting now from them it looks like they were just happy to take my money. I told them to check the recording since their calls are recorded. Yesterday I spoke to one of their guy who did not mention his name he just said his one of the managers he will look at my file to get a clear understanding towards my matter and will revert back to me but he never did up until now. Can someone assist in this matter I am really irrate with this company. Even that Thato when I call her she doesn't pick up my calls.
