Bad customer/client service
someone contacted me from this number +***. I respectfully requested him to remove my details from the system as I had already declined the services last week and I keep on receiving the calls from Finwell, he rudely responded "so what do you expect us to do with your details,you are not serious" I repeatedly told him I'm not interested and he said "ok we will do whatever we want then" . This is a threat and I will open a case for such a threat of misusing my information (POPIA Act). I can not allow such service not from any service provider
