Bad communication, no client service at all

I have canceled the membership last year due to no communication from the company, even after my cancellaion they still deducted from my account against my authority. When I claimed for a refund they are playing with me that it is sorted, after a week still nothing. They keep on saying "my supervisor says" but nothing ever happens.... it's more like a ****. Now after giving my ID number the phone goes on ringing without any answer.
