Apparently it's a company that helps people get out of debt review, I have not signed any documents we just spoke on the phone and they said that they will send me forms that I need to sign, n then we can continue but I changed my mind n decided I'm not going through with the process, but they still debited my account without my written consent, now they tell me I cnt get my refund

29 Aug 2023, 09:07Good day,I got a call from one of ur team leaders clearly stating that I'm not gonna get my refund, because of the mandate that was read to me,anyway its fine you can keep the money even though I didn't get any assistance I feel it's unfair to take someone's money without you helping them n then tell them about the mandate, maybe nxt time teach your ppl to be more open about that mandate.n clearly explain wat it means coz not all of us are fami**** with certain terms,I feel that I did not give an informed consent,yes it was read but not explained clearly hence I agreed. Anyway its all good but I'm not happy at all coz that's a lot of money hope ur fair n honest to someone else. Thank you
