Ambush marketing

I was dupped into agreeing on debit order under falls pretence that I will be assisted to clear my debts. On realising they Finwell is not doing what they say they will, I sent them an email cancelling all the agreement with them. To my surprise they deducted money and I can not get hold of them:

Good day,

I refer to the above ID number and conversations I had with your Consultants telephonically.

Please cancel all debit orders and agreements I undertook with you. Your services were miss-represented and are not what I was made to understand they are. I will sort out my debts as I have been doing.

Please confirm collation by return mail.
