All I want is my refund

They debited from my account after I cancelled their services and I went to their offices on the 28th March 2022 after several attempts to contact them. I was assisted by Llewellyn Who promised to contact me back the following day and he never did. I went there again on the 31st March 2022 and he promised me that the refund would be processed the following day which was on Friday. Following week I called, he still promised the same thing. I called again on 12th April 2022 and the lady who answered the phone said he was on a meeting and he would get back to me but until today he never did. I tried calling this morning but there was no answer.

Can someone please help me I just want my refund
