Unreliable and *************

In 2022/2023, I entered into a payment arrangement with them and paid a total amount of approximately *R14,000.00* towards my creditors under debt review / debt collection.

Two years later, the matter has not been resolved as follows:

1. My creditors were never paid in full, despite full payment made to FinSupport SA. 2. I have not received my clearance certificate to date. 3. I was forced to pay all my creditors again from scratch, paying the same amount a second time. 4. When I followed up, I was referred to another number, ***, which appears to be the same company. To date, I have not been assisted. 5. As a result, I am still reflecting as being in default / under debt review on my credit profile, which is causing me prejudice.

I kindly request that the National Credit Regulator investigates the conduct of FinSupport SA for:

a) Failure to distribute funds to creditors, b) Failure to issue a clearance certificate as per the National Credit Act, c) Failure to update my status at the credit bureaus.
