Horrible service

I received a call from Finsupport sa and spoke to an agent who offered me a deal to pay one instalment for all of my debts. I asked numerous times if it was debt review. The guy said no its not. Guess what, weeks later, my name is under debt review. I whatsapped the agent and asked why he ****. He continues lying saying that my name is not under debt review and that they are not a debt review company. I have all these voice notes so i decided to call the management of that company. They first told me that i had to pay a fee to get my name out of debt review. I threatened them and said i will be going the law route. After that, for months till now, they keep promising me that they will remove my name out of debt review. Horrible really... My mother is terminally ill and i have been telling them this since day one. Now im unable to get a loan, to assist my mom with her health needs, when i need a loan. I regret the day i answered that guys call because of them.
