Debt review clearance

Good morning Zandile Onica Malatji, i engaged the company above, for their service, for the clearance of my name at debt review.so when I engaged them they told me is gonna take them two month for me to be cleared now is fourth month,when I call them there's a lot of excuses that no network an so fourth.I don't understand what kind tactics are they using. My ID no *** can you please assist me.
