CLEARANCE LETTER

This company is by far the worst company ever to deal with, I am trying to clear my name and payments have been made, I have proof of the payments and until today I still haven't received my clearance letter. Their call center agents are useless and unprofessional I just want my letter that's all, with the money I paid and worked hard for. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY!!!!!!! THEY ARE ****MERS
