Finfloors No costumer service and not honoring warranty

I am so disappointed in this product and Finfloors customer service!!!! I Installed the Blue Diamond Core SPC 365 sm a year ago, it was the most expensive option as I was told it was 100% waterproof and had a 20 year warranty. Now a year after installation my floors are breaking and lifting. Finfloors came out for an inspection and now claims it is all installation errors and nothing wrong with their product. They are claiming that their is moisture from underneath the vinal... I was told this product is waterproof so how could that effect the vinyl??? My 20 year warranty is thus not worth anything as Finfloors is not prepared to come to the party in any way. I am so disappointed and wish i never used this product. They cleary will do anything not to help the consumer and honor their warranty!!
