No after sales !!
I’m very disappointed with my experience. Over two years ago, my flooring was installed using Finfloor products. Around eight months after installation, the flooring began lifting and cracking. I contacted the installer, who arranged for Finfloor to inspect the floor. After the inspection, Finfloor stated that the problem was due to the installation. More recently, I discovered another customer who has experienced the same issue. They used the same installer, the same Finfloor product, and even the same colour. This raises serious questions about whether the problem is solely related to the installation. Despite this, neither Finfloor nor the installer has been willing to take responsibility or work towards a resolution. We were also informed by the installer that this particular colour had been discontinued and that the stock used was the last available. Unfortunately, after more than two years of trying to resolve the matter, I have no option but to pursue legal action against both the installer and the flooring supplier. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Finfloor. When a product issue arises, I believe customers should receive support and assistance in finding a fair resolution. Instead, both myself and another customer have been left out of pocket with no satisfactory outcome. STAY AWAY !!
