I entered into a control with Finesse Fibre for erecting a pool in my property. Payment was made in advance for the deposit and other extras that were required on the project. The project was started in March 2013 and to date this has not been completed. The fibreglass that was installed had to be fixed before the project was even finished and now it has cracked again and need replacement. The service provider does take my calls nor do they respond to my e-mails or SMS's. <br> <br> The pool is in a bad state and the fibreglass peeled off before the pool could even be commissioned. Concrete has crack and the pool I collapsing. Finesse Fibre can't build pools - the investment made on the pool was a total waste.
